Senior Sales Engineer – Motion Control & Electro‑Mechanical Solutions

About the role

Moog is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive market expansion of its electro‑mechanical and motion‑control solutions in Korea. The role is hybrid, based in Icheon, and reports to the Manager I, Sr. Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capture new business opportunities in heavy‑industry and specialized manufacturing sectors.
• Provide high‑level technical consultancy, analysing customer pain points and delivering tailored electro‑mechanical specifications.
• Lead system calculations, precision sizing and product selection to ensure seamless integration of Moog solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline using SAP, CEM and Horizon, tracking progress and forecasting sales.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in sales engineering within electro‑mechanical or motion‑control industries.
• Proven ability to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.
• Strong analytical skills for system sizing and integration.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales tools such as SAP, CEM and Horizon.
