Enterprise Account Executive – Korea

About the role

Drive new business and expand Cast AI’s footprint across Korea’s largest enterprises by selling a consumption‑priced infrastructure automation platform that optimises Kubernetes, autoscaling and GPU/AI workloads. The role targets complex, multi‑stakeholder deals with engineering, DevOps, finance/FinOps and procurement teams. Candidates need 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience and a strong technical background.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle sales for the Korea territory, from outbound prospecting to negotiation and close.
• Prioritise new‑logo acquisition while expanding existing accounts.
• Conduct opportunity assessment, value discovery, demonstration and delivery.
• Navigate multi‑threaded deals involving CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering and FinOps leaders.
• Build executive‑level business cases and ROI models tailored to each account.
• Partner with Sales Engineering on technical demos and POCs.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Represent Cast AI with hyperscaler partners and at industry events.

Required profile

• 10+ years as an Account Executive or enterprise sales professional, consistently meeting quota in large Korean enterprises.
• Proven track record selling cloud SaaS or infrastructure software (FinOps, Cloud Security, Observability, DevOps/Platform).
• Hunter mentality with ability to build a new‑logo pipeline.
• Fluent Korean (native or near‑native) and strong professional English.
• Executive presence with CIO/CTO/Finance leadership.
• Strong CRM and forecasting discipline (Salesforce or equivalent).
