- 스토어 매니저를 지원하여 매장 운영 전반 관리
- 매출 및 KPI 목표 달성 지원
- 재고 및 상품 운영 관리
- 팀원 교육, 코칭 및 업무 지원
- 고객 서비스 품질 및 브랜드 경험 관리
- VMD 및 상품 진열 기준 실행
지원 자격
- 재고 관리 및 매장 운영 전반에 대한 이해도
- 팀원과 원활한 협업 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 팀 리딩 또는 직원 관리 경험
- 고객 중심 서비스 마인드
- 브랜드 가치와 서비스를 효과적으로 전달 가능
필수 역량
- 패션·라이프스타일 업계 3년 이상 근무 경험
- 주말 및 공휴일 포함 근무 가능
