Studio Manager - Fashion Content Production

About the role

H&M Studios Seoul East Asia (Korea) is looking for a Studio Manager to lead, plan and execute fashion content production for the East Asia market. The role oversees the end-to-end production journey, from creative planning and budget management to on-set execution and final delivery, and reports to the Head of Creative Production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and end-to-end execution of creative productions, delivering high-quality content on time and within budget.
• Lead and develop the studio team in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Partner with regional, global and external stakeholders so that creative output matches H&M's brand vision and commercial goals.
• Manage resources, budgets, timelines and external partners while improving production processes.
• Represent H&M Studios Seoul as an ambassador internally and externally.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience leading creative productions in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Korean is a must.
• Experience leading teams and managing resources to deliver quality work on time.
• Experience in fashion is a plus; backgrounds in advertising, editorial, event marketing or the arts are also relevant.

• Strong visual eye and understanding of trends, customer behaviour and creative standards.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and teams at once.
• Confidence in making quick decisions that balance creative excellence with business results.
