Marketing Manager

About the role

HRnetOne is hiring a Marketing Manager in Seoul. The role plans and executes brand activations, retail events and PR initiatives to boost customer engagement, draw store traffic and support sales, working closely with the Retail Manager, HQ teams, external partners and local communities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run brand activations, retail events and PR initiatives
• Coordinate media campaigns, content creation and influencer or celebrity engagement according to the global marketing calendar
• Manage PR agencies, media relations, press material translation and monthly PR reporting
• Support visual merchandising, store materials ordering and stock management
• Manage advertising and promotion budgets, track campaign performance and recommend improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in brand marketing, retail PR, events, media relations or marketing operations
• Strong experience in offline retail marketing, flagship store activations and event execution
• Familiarity with influencer and celebrity events, PR agencies and media relations
• Strong written and spoken English; able to work independently and coordinate with HQ and many stakeholders
