Sales Manager - Architecture and Networking Solutions

About the role

AUMOVIO, spun off from the Continental Automotive sector in September 2025, is looking for a Sales Manager for its Architecture and Networking Solutions business in Seongnam-si, South Korea. The company covers sensor solutions, displays, braking and comfort systems, and software, architecture platforms and assistance systems for software-defined vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure good performance of sales KPIs such as revenue, new business acquisition, price management and R&D cost reimbursement.
• Take part in or contribute to customer strategy and help establish and execute it.
• Lead acquisition activities, including pre-RFQ and RFQ processes.
• Contribute to smooth and timely sales planning (2-year short term, 10-year long term).
• Manage supply shortages and communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build positive customer relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• More than 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• At least 3 years as a Sales Manager.
• HMG-related experience is mandatory.

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyse and solve problems.
