Clinical Territory Associate

About the role

Intuitive, a pioneer and market leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is hiring a Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) in Seoul. This is a developmental role that partners with the Korea team to gain knowledge across the business, including technical, clinical and sales areas.

Key responsibilities

• Assist sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development and overall territory management.
• Guide technical in-services for customers such as operating room staff and surgeons.
• Sell the benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to help the team meet its quotas.
• Build experience in goal setting, mapping and attainment in preparation for a quota-bearing role.
• Manage administrative tasks: reporting sales and procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership (military) experience or 1 year of outside sales experience.
• Able to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Preferred: proven record of success, ambition and strong work ethic, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, and proven teamwork.
