ADAS Sales Manager - Autonomous and Commercial Mobility

About the role

AUMOVIO, spun off from the Continental Automotive group in September 2025, is looking for an ADAS Sales Manager in Autonomous and Commercial Mobility based in Seongnam-si, South Korea. The company offers sensor solutions, displays, braking and comfort systems, and software and architecture platforms for software-defined vehicles. The role drives ADAS business growth and achieves sales KPIs such as revenue, order intake, profitability and new business.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary commercial interface to customers
• Manage RFQ/RFI processes, quotation preparation, commercial negotiations and contract discussions
• Develop and execute business acquisition strategies
• Work closely with Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing and the global sales team to deliver competitive technical and commercial proposals
• Build and maintain customer relationships and identify future business opportunities
• Support strategic planning, market analysis and business development for the Korean automotive market

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience in the automotive industry
• 5+ years in sales, business development or account management
• HMG-related experience is mandatory
• Fluent spoken and written Korean and English

Required skills

• Strong understanding of automotive sourcing and the RFQ process
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
