About the role

Cielo is seeking a Recruiter to drive service excellence across the full recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional talent and maintaining proactive communication with hiring leaders and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles, build strong slates, and maintain talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• Social media recruiting tools.
