Project Manager – 2-year contract

About the role

Alfa Laval CorHex is expanding its engineering centre of excellence in Gimhae, South Korea. The team designs and manufactures compact high‑pressure diffusion‑welded printed circuit heat exchangers for the Energy and Marine business. As a Project Manager you will lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet technical, budgetary and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all project phases from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Serve as the primary contact for sales, engineering, external providers, and clients to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
• Monitor and report progress, performance, and potential issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure successful completion of project milestones and deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years experience managing pressure‑vessel or related projects.
• Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
