HR Consultant

About the role

Mercer is looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join its Korea team. You will work on talent and reward system design, organization change initiatives, and client project delivery, collaborating with global offices and multi‑country teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver HR system and program design projects, including job/grade structures, performance, promotion, and compensation frameworks.
• Conduct benchmarking and market research on leading enterprises and technology companies, turning insights into client recommendations.
• Support organization transformation, change management, and workforce planning analyses.
• Serve as day‑to‑day client contact for data requests, manage internal team meetings, and own key workstreams.
• Coordinate with global offices, support proposal development, and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting or in‑house HR, preferably in a project‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical capability with solid experience in HR system/program design.
• Exposure to rewards, talent, and organization topics; cross‑border HRDD or PMI experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in Korean and English, able to work with overseas stakeholders.
