Ecommerce Manager, Korea

About the role

COS, part of the H&M Group, is looking for an Ecommerce Manager for Korea. You will own ecommerce performance in the country, leading commercial results, customer experience, operations, CRM initiatives and team development, while working with local, regional and global stakeholders. The position is full-time, based in Korea and reports to the Head of Ecommerce in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and financial performance: analyse performance data and budgets, share market insights, lead sales strategy execution and implement cost control measures.
• Digital customer experience: improve the user experience across all digital touchpoints and the omnichannel journey, and benchmark against competitors.
• Operations: oversee daily ecommerce channel operations and ensure consistent, efficient and compliant end-to-end functionality.
• CRM and customer service: use customer data to personalise the online experience, segment customers and manage databases, train the customer service team and act on feedback.
• Stakeholder collaboration: work with Marketing, Merchandising, Controlling, BAM and external partners such as marketplace platforms, agencies and vendors.
• Team leadership: lead and develop the ecommerce team through the full employee lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong track record in ecommerce, digital commerce or online retail leadership, with knowledge of customer experience, CRM and omnichannel retail.
• Commercially driven, with strong analytical and business acumen.
• Proven ability to oversee and improve operations, and to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a customer-centric mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
