eCommerce Manager

About the role

HRnetOne is looking for an eCommerce Manager based in Seoul to lead the official brand website in Korea with full P&L ownership, driving revenue growth and profitability. The role covers e-commerce strategy, customer experience, and supply-side operations such as inventory and fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies, business plans, budgets and forecasts aligned with global direction and local market needs.
• Monitor sales, conversion, traffic, customer acquisition, retention and ROI to improve business performance.
• Manage the end-to-end online customer experience, improving website usability, service quality and customer loyalty.
• Oversee inventory, warehousing, 3PL fulfilment and last-mile delivery, implementing processes that support growth.
• Partner with Buying, Marketing and Merchandising teams on demand forecasting, stock allocation, exclusive products and high-traffic collection launches.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of e-commerce business management experience in fashion or retail, with demonstrated P&L ownership and revenue growth.
• Hands-on experience operating and scaling an official brand website.
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms and operational readiness for high-traffic campaigns and collection launches.
• Strong written and spoken English and Korean.
