Director, Integrated Media Korea

About the role

The Integrated Media Director will lead Nike Korea’s media function, shaping paid media strategy and execution to amplify brand storytelling and drive business growth across the Korean market.

Key responsibilities

• Set and oversee integrated paid media strategy for Brand, Sport and Product, ensuring alignment with cross‑functional marketing journeys.
• Lead and mentor a small integrated media team (2 direct reports), fostering development and a strong culture.
• Partner with media agencies to develop and execute integrated campaigns that meet brand and business KPIs.
• Monitor performance, identify trends and optimization opportunities, and manage budget planning, forecasting and reconciliation.
• Act as senior media lead for Korea Brand Marketing, creating holistic media plans and sharing insights with APLA Geo partners.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of digital/online marketing experience, with full‑funnel paid media expertise in an e‑commerce environment.
• Proven ability to lead paid media strategy, delivering measurable revenue growth and ROAS.
• Strong data‑driven mindset, using insights, testing frameworks and performance analysis to optimize campaigns.
• Experience managing large marketing budgets and leading teams in matrix organizations.
• Fluency in Korean and English with excellent communication and collaborative skills.
