Assistant F&B Reservationist

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Reservationist, a line staff position that reports to the F&B Reservationist. The role handles calls, chats, emails and reservation inquiries for an assigned restaurant outlet, and supports online reservation management. It is a full-time, entry-level position.

Key responsibilities

• Handle calls, chats, emails and reservation inquiries for an assigned restaurant outlet
• Learn outlet-specific menus, reservation policies, seating arrangements and operational standards
• Assist guests with restaurant reservations and basic inquiries professionally
• Update guest profiles and reservation information accurately in the system
• Support online reservation management through various booking platforms
• Coordinate with restaurant teams on guest requests and operational updates
• Maintain accurate records and communication logs
• Take part in outlet training and operational assessments, then rotate to additional outlets after completing the required training and evaluation

Required profile

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in hospitality, administration or customer service is an advantage but not required
• Valid work authorization in South Korea
• Strong written and spoken English and Korean
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail, accuracy and a guest-service mindset
