About the role

The SPG Refurbishment BD Program Management position in Korea is responsible for driving projects from conception through implementation, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery of equipment for internal and external customers. You will coordinate resources, manage schedules, and act as the technical liaison across multifunctional design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project plans and drive projects from conception to implementation.
• Manage project schedules and task details using project management tools, reports, tracking charts, checklists, and scheduling software.
• Coordinate allocated resources within the Division to meet performance objectives.
• Initiate and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Drive cost and schedule performance for equipment worldwide.
• Participate in multifunctional design teams, providing technical input to achieve project goals.
• Interface with the Division to define objectives, provide status updates, and prepare for release.
• Provide engineering and business process expertise on standard programs and issues.
• Identify and resolve potential project complications, developing solutions for resolution.

Required profile

• Global experience (preferably Asia) with supply‑chain qualifications/audits to support cost‑reduction on refurbishment projects.
• Strong working relationship with Sales, Business Unit, and Sales Operations for alignment and execution.
• Ability to deliver executive‑level presentations for customer alignment meetings.
• Demonstrated functional knowledge, business expertise, leadership, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills as outlined in functional competencies.
