About the role

The Field Service Engineer (Customer Engineer) acts as the direct liaison with customers, installing, maintaining and upgrading semiconductor and display equipment. You will use digital analytics for troubleshooting and apply basic diagnostic techniques across a range of system types.

Key responsibilities

• Install semiconductor equipment and provide technical support to resolve issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic and gas systems.
• Communicate with customers to diagnose system faults, guide operations and ensure smooth equipment performance.
• Travel to domestic and overseas sites as needed (up to 75% for installation projects).

Required profile

• Experience with semiconductor process or equipment (any duration).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Completed mandatory military service or exemption, with no travel restrictions.

Required skills

• Semiconductor equipment installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic and gas system components.
• Use of digital analytics tools for troubleshooting.
