Order Management Specialist

About the role

The Order Management team supports customers by creating quotations, maintaining sales orders, and ensuring smooth order processing in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create quotations and opportunities in the ERP system with limited supervision and provide them to customers.
• Maintain accurate sales orders in the ERP system, ensuring data integrity.
• Escalate and follow up on unmet customer requirements to ensure timely resolution.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, e‑mail, and fax, delivering prompt and professional service.
• Generate reports and track orders, opportunities, bookings, and shipments.
• Develop an understanding of customer requirements and build strong relationships.
• Acquire basic knowledge of Applied Materials products to support customers effectively.
