SKBU Account Manager

About the role

KLA, a global leader in electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, is hiring an SKBU account manager within its Semiconductor Process Control (Semi PC) business unit. Semi PC designs, builds, sells and supports inspection, metrology and data analytics systems that help manufacturers produce high-quality chips. The role is based in Icheon-si, Gyunggi-do.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies based on customer, market and competitive insights.
• Manage key customer relationships and drive business growth.
• Maximise revenue, profitability and market share through strategic account management.
• Analyse market trends, demand forecasts and competitive activity to set proactive business strategies.
• Lead customer communications, contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Support new product introductions and application-based product marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with product planning, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams to meet customer requirements.
• Contribute to sustainable business growth and long-term strategic planning.

Required profile

• Experience in DRAM, NAND, HBM or advanced semiconductor technologies.
• Global key account management experience.
• International business or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
