Site Payment Associate (Contract)

About the role

The Site Solutions Associate supports project teams in managing the investigator site reimbursement process, covering invoicing, accounts payable and budget data entry. The associate creates one-time billings for sites in the department's proprietary systems and handles project support and administrative tasks across the lifecycle of a study in IQVIA Clinical Trial Payments. This is a 6-month contract position reporting to a manager based in India.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review incoming invoices and contracts by mail, email and fax
• Generate one-time billings for client sites in the department's proprietary system
• Scan and post site invoices and back up documentation to the billings in the proprietary system
• Manage Level I site inquiries in the designated case management system
• Respond promptly to site inquiries in line with the department's KPIs
• Direct escalated requests and unresolved issues to the designated project team
• Carry out other administrative tasks supporting the project lifecycle, as assigned

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and 0-1 years of accounting, project finance or investigator site payment experience in clinical studies, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Advanced level of English
• Customer service orientation and ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines
