Service Delivery Specialist

About the role

GE Healthcare's service division is hiring a junior-level candidate to act as a core control tower for its customer service operations in Seoul. The role oversees field engineer deployment, preventive maintenance (PM), equipment installation and upgrades, and supports quick resolution of customer issues. It also drives data analysis and continuous process improvement to raise customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and service quality. Candidates with more than three years of experience in sales and business operations are preferred, and English fluency is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Plan field operations efficiently and resolve customer issues quickly to maintain satisfaction
• Dispatch field team members to corrective service requests, balancing engineering proficiency and geography
• Master plan and follow up PM, Field Modification Instructions, installation, option and upgrades, and helium refill operations
• Monitor systems and hot issues until resolved and customers satisfied
• Build a service inventory aligned with the Global Parts Team strategy and keep parts available in local warehouses
• Manage installation and field tool inventory, including purchase, loan, calibration and repair
• Analyse data and develop business cases for key projects
• Launch productivity initiatives that cut costs, remove manual work and speed up service
• Meet KPIs and comply with SOPs every day

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Basic business acumen and understanding of key financial drivers
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in sales and business operations
• Fluent English
