People & Culture Business Partner (Advisory)

About the role

The P&C Business Partner (Advisory) provides on‑demand, short‑term HR guidance to global leaders, translating business needs into People & Culture solutions and ensuring effective implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Offer immediate strategic advice on succession, talent management, performance, goal setting, development planning, reward, compensation and organizational design.
• Collaborate with P&C colleagues, operational advisors and subject‑matter experts to develop high‑quality, timely solutions.
• Participate in global or regional squads for key P&C initiatives, system launches and new process roll‑outs.
• Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and global P&C policies, building knowledge of regional approaches.

Required profile

• Experienced P&C professional comfortable in a fast‑paced, global, virtual environment.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset, able to anticipate leader needs and deliver end‑to‑end ownership of requests.
• Excellent communication, coaching, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyse data, metrics and insights to propose innovative, compliant solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English and Korean (Japanese a plus).
• Ability to leverage data, technology and analytics for HR decision‑making.
