HR Consultant – Talent & Reward and Organization Change

About the role

Mercer is looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join its Korea team. You will support clients in designing talent, reward, and organization change programs, delivering HR system projects, and providing data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver HR system and program design projects, including job/grade structures, performance, and compensation frameworks.
• Conduct benchmarking research of leading companies and translate findings into actionable client recommendations.
• Support organization transformation initiatives, workforce planning analyses, and change‑management activities.
• Coordinate with global offices and multi‑country teams, manage client data requests, and lead internal meetings.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting or in‑house HR, preferably project‑driven.
• Strong analytical capability with solid experience in HR system/program design.
• Excellent communication skills in Korean and English, able to work with overseas stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
