MMB Group Accident Insurance Sales Team (Staff to Deputy Manager)

About the role

Marsh Risk is seeking a talented individual to join the MMB Group Accident Insurance Sales Team in Seoul, supporting account management and sales activities within the Group Term Insurance business.

Key responsibilities

• Support account management and sales activities to retain customers and grow the business.
• Collaborate closely with senior colleagues and internal teams to identify client needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
• Conduct market research, prospect new clients, and build relationships with key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and renewal materials based on client data, market trends, and insurer information.
• Maintain high service levels, respond promptly to client requests, and represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in insurance broking, especially in Group Term Insurance, Employee Benefits, or related fields (preferred).
• Background in client management and insurance solution delivery.
• Interest in new business development for entry‑level candidates.

Required skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build trust‑based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
