Client Executive – Insurance Brokerage Senior Manager

About the role

Marsh is looking for an experienced Client Executive to lead insurance brokerage initiatives in Seoul. You will manage large projects, develop client proposals, and build strong relationships with key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Act as project manager for large initiatives, implementing action plans and monitoring progress.
• Draft comprehensive client documents such as white papers, quantitative analyses, and presentations to support sales opportunities.
• Research market trends and growth areas to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct data analyses for proposal creation and account‑facing presentations.
• Address escalated client issues, manage expectations, and ensure compliance.
• Provide technical and transactional support for complex, high‑priority relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client professionals and represent Marsh at industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–15 years of experience in insurance brokerage or corporate insurance, preferably in commercial P&C.
• Working knowledge of Korean insurance market and products.

Required skills

• Commercial Property & Casualty insurance coverage knowledge.
• Risk management and insurance brokerage expertise.
