MMB Group Accident Insurance Sales Team (Staff to Deputy General Manager)

About the role

Marsh Risk is looking for motivated individuals to join the MMB Group Accident Insurance Sales team in Seoul. The role focuses on managing existing accounts, acquiring new business, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support account management and sales activities within the group term insurance business to retain clients and drive growth.
• Collaborate closely with senior colleagues and internal teams to identify client needs and propose appropriate insurance solutions.
• Conduct market research, prospect new clients, and build relationships with key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
• Analyze client data, market trends, and insurer information to prepare proposals, presentations, and renewal materials.
• Maintain high service levels, responding swiftly and effectively to client requests.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, prospects, and insurance partners to support long‑term commercial performance.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to increase market visibility and expand the business network.

Required profile

• Experience in insurance brokering, especially in group accident insurance, employee benefits, or related fields (preferred).
• Background in client management and insurance solution delivery.
• For entry‑level candidates, a strong interest in new business development.
