Inside Sales Business Development Representative

About the role

PTC, a global software company bringing the physical and digital worlds together, is hiring an Inside Sales Business Development Representative in Seoul. You will grow the pipeline by executing on market-qualified leads and prospecting within the company's install base of accounts and prospects, which will ultimately convert to revenue. This is a great starting point or step forward in a career in software sales focused on Digital Transformation technologies such as CAD, PLM, the Internet of Things and Augmented Reality.

Key responsibilities

• Create new-pipeline for assigned industries (e.g., FA&D / Industrial) across Enterprise and Commercial prospect accounts
• Build and maintain target account lists, identify buying signals and priority prospects, and qualify leads against agreed criteria before handing them to Digital AE / Sales
• Design and iterate outbound plays (calls, emails, LinkedIn, digital campaigns) with Sales and Marketing, then report results and learnings in the Pipeline Meeting
• Share industry and prospect insights to improve targeting and messaging, and keep CRM data quality high

Required profile

• College degree
• Native Korean and business-level English
• 3-4 years of professional experience (B2B sales development / inside sales preferred)
• Preferred: exposure to Aerospace & Defense, Automotive or Industrial sectors

Required skills

• Proven outbound prospecting experience in B2B, comfortable opening conversations with senior stakeholders
• Structured, data-driven approach to targeting and qualification
• Interest in manufacturing industries and enterprise software (CAD / PLM / ALM)
• Self-directed, able to run a coverage area with limited supervision (preferred)
