Domestic Account Sales - I&C

About the role

Hitachi Energy Korea is looking for a Domestic Account Sales professional in its Industrial & Control (I&C) business in Seoul. The role manages key domestic customers and strategic accounts, drives sales growth through direct customer engagement, and promotes transformer component products. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key domestic customers and strategic accounts.
• Drive sales growth through direct customer engagement, quotation preparation, contract negotiation and order acquisition.
• Promote transformer component products and provide technical support to customers and end users.
• Deliver product presentations and training sessions to customers.
• Collaborate with factories, regional sales teams and technical specialists to provide competitive solutions.
• Support implementation of local and global sales and marketing strategies.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements and business opportunities to expand market share.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, business processes and applicable external and internal regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-12 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or the power industry.
• Knowledge of power transformers and transformer components such as bushings and tap changers.
• Fluent Korean and business-level English.
