CRM & Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Royal Canin Korea is looking for a CRM & Growth Marketing Manager to build the strategic growth engine that connects brand and consumer. The role integrates cross-channel acquisition across online, offline and Naver Shop-in-Shop channels within an omni-channel CRM ecosystem, driving business growth and maximizing customer lifetime value through data-driven performance analysis and lifecycle management. It works with internal stakeholders (local, APAC and headquarters) and external vendor partners.

Key responsibilities

• Omni-channel data acquisition and journey optimization: analyze performance media, Naver Shop-in-Shop and offline channels, map end-to-end customer journeys and plan future acquisition strategies.
• Integrated CRM leadership: oversee the master integrated marketing calendar for campaigns such as Naver TalkTalk, KakaoTalk and LMS, manage consumer lifecycles and personalize journeys while controlling message frequency.
• CRM strategy: set consumer segmentation and targeting, direct channel managers, and work with Global and Regional teams on next-generation CRM models.
• CRM campaign management: define campaign objectives, user journeys and content, manage external vendors, run performance tests and optimize results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate campaigns and implement user journeys and segmentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a business-related discipline.
• 7+ years in CRM and growth marketing with proven expertise in acquisition and CRM management.
• FMCG marketing experience with knowledge of the ecosystem and CRM.
• Demonstrated success in full-funnel optimization through data-driven A/B testing and rapid experimentation.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills across sales and marketing teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
