Country Manager South Korea - Luxury Customer Experience

About the role

CXG, a global customer experience company serving more than 200 luxury brands, is hiring a Country Manager for South Korea for its Seoul office. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will be the senior local leader with full accountability for the country's P&L, commercial growth, client satisfaction, team performance and project quality. You will report to the Chief Customer Officer, act as the main point of contact for local matters and lead a team of five across Customer Success and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the South Korea team, set clear objectives and resource decisions, and foster a performance-driven, inclusive culture aligned with global policies.
• Own the full P&L, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, cash collection and forecasting, and personally drive business development, including new logos and existing accounts.
• Build a strong network of senior decision-makers and develop CXG's presence in luxury and premium retail, automotive, hospitality and other priority sectors.
• Own the quality, timeliness, scope and profitability of locally delivered projects, oversee delivery governance and act as the senior local escalation point for clients.
• Manage the South Korea office, including receivables, suppliers, office maintenance and payments, and lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and performance management.

Required profile

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in consulting, customer experience, market research, retail, marketing or sales, including significant responsibility for a local market, business unit or client-facing operation.
• Fluency in Korean and English, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex teams.
