Country Activation Marketer – Industrial Adhesives & Tapes

About the role

3M is seeking a Country Activation Marketer to lead marketing activation for the Industrial Adhesives & Tapes Division in South Korea. You will own country‑level demand generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth by translating global strategies into localized campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Localize global marketing strategies into a country activation plan with budgets, KPIs, and segment prioritization.
• Design and execute integrated demand‑gen campaigns (email, social, paid search, webinars, events) to generate MQLs and SQLs.
• Develop localized content such as value propositions, case studies, landing pages, brochures, demo videos, and sales decks.
• Commercialize new product introductions with launch kits, sampling offers, promotional bundles, and post‑launch nurture.
• Partner with distributors on co‑marketing, MDF/co‑op planning, promotions, merchandising, and training.
• Optimize distributor e‑commerce pages, product content, SEO, and manage ratings/reviews.
• Maintain country web pages, marketing automation journeys, and track funnel metrics and campaign ROI.
• Gather market insights, competitor intelligence, and feed findings to marketing and product teams.
• Ensure all communications comply with legal, brand, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or engineering (advanced degree a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial, adhesives/assembly, or channel‑led businesses.
• Proven track record of running integrated demand‑gen campaigns and product launches with measurable pipeline impact.
• Experience enabling distributors/resellers and managing co‑op programs.
