Product Manager

About the role

Roche Diagnostics Korea is seeking a Product Manager for Cardiac & HbA1c products, based in Seoul. You will drive product strategy, marketing, and customer engagement to support commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product marketing plans, manage the product lifecycle from market assessment to mature product management.
• Develop marketing materials, provide product training, and implement omnichannel engagement strategies.
• Lead customer management, KOL relationships, and Medical Society Congress activities.
• Gather market insights, monitor trends, and align product strategy with unmet clinical needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and distributors to ensure compliance and commercial success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences, biomedical engineering, pharmacy, nursing, business, or marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of marketing or product management experience in the multinational healthcare industry, preferably IVD, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong command of English language.
