Senior Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

The Senior Trade Marketing Manager will develop and implement trade marketing strategies to achieve sales, market share and L3F targets. The role works closely with Marketing, Sales and Finance to optimise promotional and activation plans across on‑ and off‑trade channels.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in strategic planning and annual budgeting for promotional and activation programmes.
• Collaborate with Brand teams and Sales channel managers to design trade marketing activities aligned with brand and sales strategies.
• Develop and update L3F (merchandising and POS) plans for strategic outlets and support execution.
• Act as spokesperson for customers on trade marketing activities and build strong relationships with key accounts.
• Lead trade marketing activation, creating push & pull programmes within brand guidelines and budgets.
• Analyse market data to identify opportunities and threats related to promotions and competitor actions.
• Coordinate with agencies and suppliers to produce below‑the‑line materials and monitor performance and costs.
• Monitor trade marketing spend against budget and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing or Commercial Marketing, preferably in FMCG, spirits or premium consumer goods.
• Proven track record in trade activation, L3F merchandising, POS and promotional planning across on‑ and off‑trade channels.
• Strong understanding of sales channels, customer dynamics and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Brand Marketing and Finance.
• Solid analytical, project management and budget management capabilities.
• Fluent in Korean and business‑level English.
