Client Executive – Insurance Brokerage (Senior Level)

About the role

Marsh is looking for an experienced Client Executive to lead insurance brokerage initiatives in Seoul. You will manage large projects, develop client proposals, and build strong relationships with corporate insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as project manager for large initiatives, implementing action plans and monitoring progress.
• Draft comprehensive client documents such as white papers, quantitative financial analyses, and presentations.
• Research market trends and growth opportunities to support internal strategy.
• Conduct data analyses to create proposals and account‑facing presentations.
• Address escalated client issues, manage expectations, and ensure compliance.
• Provide technical and transactional support for high‑priority relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client counterparts.
• Represent Marsh at industry events and conferences to expand the professional network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–15 years of experience in insurance broking or corporate insurance.
• Commercial P&C insurance coverage experience in a risk‑management or brokerage capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Korean insurance market and products.
• Excellent negotiation, client service, and stakeholder management skills.
