쿠팡의 Litigation Legal 조직에서 정부 소송 및 규제 관련 법무 업무를 담당할 Senior Principal Legal Counsel를 찾습니다.
주요 업무
- 유통·전자상거래·물류 등 쿠팡 비즈니스와 관련된 분쟁 예방을 위한 자문 제공
- 조사 대응 및 소송 전반 관리
지원 자격
- 국내 변호사 자격 보유 및 3년 이상 관련 경력
- 국가기관, 로펌 또는 기업 법무팀에서 조사·소송·분쟁 업무 수행 경험
필수 역량
- 복잡한 법률 쟁점을 신속·정확하게 분석하는 능력
- 유관 부서와 원활히 소통하고 이해관계 조정 능력
