Senior Analyst, Transparency Reporting

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Transparency Reporting joins the Health Care Compliance Global Transparency Reporting team in Asia Pacific. Based in Seoul, this fixed‑term position supports the development and execution of external reporting strategies across Innovative Medicine and MedTech sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Act as subject‑matter expert for data gathering, analysis, reconciliation and preparation of transparency and value‑add reports.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to design, develop and implement systems and technical solutions that improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Lead testing of system and process changes, maintain documentation, and provide training on reporting tools.
• Prepare internal status reports and summary metric presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or compliance within a pharmaceutical or medical‑device environment.
• Fluent in Korean and advanced English communication skills.
• High personal and professional integrity and ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
