Senior Analyst – Transparency Reporting

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Transparency Reporting will join the Health Care Compliance Global Transparency Reporting team in Asia Pacific. Based in Seoul, the role focuses on accurate data collection, analysis and reporting for innovative medicine and MedTech sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Act as subject‑matter expert for data gathering, reconciliation and preparation of transparency and value‑add reports across supply chain, R&D and other functions.
• Develop and execute a risk‑based external reporting strategy in partnership with regional leadership.
• Design, test and implement system and process changes to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
• Maintain lifecycle documentation, create training materials and deliver training to regional teams.
• Prepare internal status reports, metrics presentations and support project‑management activities.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in compliance, transparency reporting or related data‑analysis roles.
• Fluent in Korean and advanced English communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional partners and drive process improvements.
