IP Specialist – Legal & Brand Investigation

About the role

Join MarqVision’s Legal & Expert Service team in Seoul to conduct on‑the‑ground investigations of global brand IP infringements. You will work closely with the China office and APAC leadership to execute test purchases, gather evidence, and support enforcement actions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investigative test purchases and produce detailed client reports.
• Communicate with global partners and internal teams to coordinate legal actions against counterfeit sellers.
• Research online sellers and applicable IP laws worldwide.
• Maintain and update the database of ongoing cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in English and Korean in a business environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in multicultural, multi‑time‑zone settings.

Required skills

• Accurate execution of investigative guidelines with minimal errors.
• Effective written and verbal communication in both English and Korean.
