Senior Open-Source Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Booz Allen is looking for a Senior Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst to design, develop and execute intelligence solutions for intelligence organizations, missions or processes. The role applies advanced technical expertise and industry knowledge, solves complex problems with little direction, and mentors and supervises team members. Selected candidates must undergo a security investigation and obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute intelligence solutions supporting intelligence organizations, missions or processes
• Apply advanced technical expertise and full industry knowledge to solve complex problems
• Mentor and supervise team members
• Blend OSINT and classified reporting to identify trends, risks and operational insights

Required profile

• 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience, including all-source, OSINT and SIGINT
• Structured OSINT research using publicly available information from commercial, academic, government and international sources
• Core OSINT tradecraft: source validation, digital verification, metadata review, online footprint management, and work with PAI and CAI
• Intelligence products meeting ICD 203 and ICD 206 standards
• Ability to work in fast-paced, mission-focused environments supporting national security or defense operations
• HS diploma or GED with 12+ years of analytics experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of analytics experience
• TS/SCI clearance; applicants are subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for classified information access

Required skills

• OSINT tools and methods, including investigative research and analysis or visualization of large amounts of public data
• Nice to have: OSINT support to military operations, combatant command or service component work, cyber threat research, SIGINT tools, geospatial OSINT tools, Python for automation, knowledge of the intelligence cycle, and completion of an OSINT certified training course

What we offer

• Projected annual salary range of $77,500 to $176,000 depending on location, education, experience and contract terms
