Principal Enterprise Architect, Korea

About the role

ServiceNow is looking for an Enterprise Architect to join its Korea team, which sits inside the pre-sales organisation. The team builds credibility and trust with technical leaders in the largest customers by developing cross-functional strategies and solutions around the "platform of platforms" vision. Based in Korea, you will act as a technical leader for complex solutions, engaging enterprise customers across industries and communicating up to and including CIO/CTO.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise customers across Korea's key industries, identifying pain points and opportunities and turning them into ServiceNow solutions
• Navigate the Korean enterprise IT landscape, including major local system integrators (Samsung SDS, LG CNS, SK C&C), cloud providers and the partner ecosystem
• Build executive relationships with Korea's largest enterprises and partner with local account teams and the Korea partner community to accelerate deals
• Represent the Korean market internally, feeding local insight into regional go-to-market and product strategy
• Lead architecture and design engagements covering IT transformation, digital products and services, PaaS, ESM and industry-specific solutions
• Communicate the ServiceNow architecture and the advantages of a single cloud platform with a single UI, code base and data model to audiences up to CIO/CTO level
• Create and deliver workshops, best-practice overviews and educational sessions for customers and partners
• Contribute to best practices, white papers and workshops, and provide thought leadership with internal business units

Required profile

• 10+ years of proven success influencing senior technology leaders in a pre-sales, customer or delivery role
• Track record of using Human Centred Design to explore customers and set a vision
• Experience designing, implementing and managing advanced architectures and integrating multiple systems or platforms
• Experience with Enterprise or Application Architecture pre-sales in a software vendor or professional services setting
• Fluency in Korean and English, with the ability to engage at executive level in both languages
• Familiarity with the Korean enterprise IT ecosystem, including system integrators, cloud providers and regulatory considerations
