Sales Representative, Cardiac Ablation Solutions

About the role

Medtronic is hiring a Sales Representative for its Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team in Busan, South Korea. Reporting to the Senior Sales Supervisor, the role promotes, sells and services CAS products mainly in the Gyeongsang-do region, with occasional outstation support. The position involves direct interaction with healthcare professionals and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell CAS products and services in an assigned geographic area and/or customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals
• Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximise benefits
• Establish education of the products with customers
• Report on competitive activity, market, distribution, pricing and customer preferences
• Implement market development plans and organise marketing activities
• Complete administrative reporting such as expense reports, account profiles, forecasts, databases and inventory logs
• Provide clinical and technical service to healthcare professionals, including in-services such as case support

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or a related course
• 0 to 6 years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare
• Previous experience in surgical assistance is highly regarded
• Experience with electrophysiology (EP catheters and equipment, pacemakers, ICDs) is preferred
• Experience dealing with key opinion leaders in the scientific and clinical community is a great plus
