Clinical Sales Representative - daVinci

About the role

Intuitive, a pioneer and market leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is hiring a Clinical Sales Representative in Busan. The role combines clinical support for the daVinci system with account management, training and sales of instruments and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Drive utilization of the daVinci by supporting OR case procedures in the assigned territory
• Support symposiums, exhibitions and market development events
• Integrate the daVinci at new customer sites and run system training for surgeons and hospital staff
• Deliver in-service and on-site training to specific levels of the surgical team
• Mentor and onboard new hires
• Manage key accounts, including billing and invoicing, and resolve contract and service issues with the capital team
• Work with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to build a sales plan for the local market
• Convert high-potential leads, introduce new products and sell instruments and accessories

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and equivalent
• At least 3 years of sales experience to clinics and hospitals
• Track record in sales, preferably in a medical device or pharmaceutical company
• Life science background, operating room knowledge or a clinical foundation is preferred
• Fluent written and spoken Korean and English
• Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on account distribution
