Sales Engineer – Marine Industrial Equipment

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to drive business growth for Alfa Laval’s marine solutions in the Busan region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and close direct sales of Alfa Laval products and services within the assigned market.
• Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell products.
• Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to create sales plans aligned with division strategy.
• Generate and manage leads, converting them into real business opportunities to ensure a healthy pipeline.
• Conduct customer visits, meetings and interactions to understand needs and highlight product value.
• Manage the customer grid and perform proactive planning using internal tools.
• Develop value‑based quotes that emphasize unique selling points and follow up with customers.
• Utilize the CRM tool consistently to support the sales process and decision‑making.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in marine industrial equipment sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience working for a multinational company is a plus.
