Commercial Manager – Korean Market

About the role

The Commercial Manager will lead business development in the Korean market, driving immediate revenue growth while building a long‑term market presence for Innova Market Insights. You will align closely with global leadership to deliver AI‑driven insights and ensure clients receive the best possible solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Bring tailored solutions to Korean clients, identify expansion opportunities across sectors, and drive long‑term competitive advantage.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, achieve and exceed budgeted targets, and acquire strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver maximum client value and continuously improve performance.
• Represent Innova at trade shows and conferences, stay informed on industry trends, and strengthen brand visibility in Korea.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of senior commercial experience in Korea with a proven B2B sales track record.
• Background in FMCG, food & beverage, market research, SaaS, data or consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to scale revenue and grow market presence.
• Fluent in Korean and English.
