Omnichannel Operations Manager

About the role

Royal Canin Korea's Omnichannel Operations Manager ensures the technical and operational stability of its omnichannel ecosystem, acting as the main owner of system integrations, platform operations and logistics flow management. The role bridges technology capabilities and physical distribution, keeping front-end systems, Order Management Systems (OMS), ERP and backend architectures connected so that B2B and D2C orders are fulfilled reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and optimise interfaces between ecommerce platforms, OMS, ERP and WMS, ensuring real-time data such as order status, inventory and shipping confirmations
• Lead incident management, coordinate with regional/global IT support and external vendors, and manage user access and authorisation across OMS, CRM and logistics tools
• Support back-end technology development, lead UAT and deployment of new versions and API upgrades, and turn business needs into technical briefs
• Drive automation, set up operational dashboards and monitor KPIs such as integration success rates and incident resolution time
• Supervise logistics workflows, work with the D2C Logistics Manager and fulfillment partners on order routing and delivery tracking, and remove shipping bottlenecks
• Establish SOPs, run local operations meetings and post-mortems, and align Commercial, D2C/B2B, Customer Care and Logistics teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain systems or omnichannel technology management
• Fluent written and spoken English and Korean
• Project management, Scrum Master or Agile certification highly preferred
