New Technology Specialist

About the role

Lead the introduction and clinical adoption of innovative neurovascular technologies across Korea, supporting healthcare professionals in delivering advanced stroke and neurovascular care.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and drive adoption of new neurovascular technologies in line with global commercialization strategies.
• Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams and distribution partners, including product technology, procedural applications and competitive positioning.
• Create, localize and maintain educational materials, procedural guides and competency assessment tools for the Korean market.
• Conduct field coaching sessions and competency evaluations to ensure consistent product knowledge across commercial teams.
• Design and execute education programs for neurovascular specialists, including hands‑on workshops, simulation and procedural events.
• Build and manage relationships with key clinical experts and professional organizations to expand awareness and advocacy.
• Monitor market adoption, training effectiveness and competitive activity, providing insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in medical device sales, clinical education, product management or related healthcare roles.
• Proven experience supporting product launches and developing clinical or commercial education programs.
• Business‑level English proficiency and native or fluent Korean.
• Preferred: experience in neurovascular or neuro‑intervention fields and knowledge of neurovascular anatomy and procedures.
