About the role
Roche is seeking a Medical and Scientific Affairs Manager to develop and implement medical strategies, drive scientific excellence, and build strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and societies in Seoul.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement medical strategies and tactics aligned with business direction.
- Lead the MSA team, providing scientific insights and training.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and agile communication across cross‑functional teams.
- Generate evidence through IIS, research collaborations and manage studies ethically.
- Engage KOLs and partner with medical societies to deliver medical value.
- Manage team performance, budgeting, and capability building.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, science or related field.
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in clinical research or medical affairs.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
