Disease Area Lead – Neuroscience

About the role

The Disease Area Lead – Neuroscience will provide inspirational leadership for Roche's neuroscience portfolio in Korea, setting vision and strategic ambition for the squad and ensuring execution through outcome‑based planning.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the squad’s vision, strategic ambition and budget oversight, aligning with regional and global outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams using agile methodologies, fostering continuous improvement through retrospectives.
• Integrate internal and external customer voices into solutions, delivering a best‑in‑class omni‑channel experience.
• Collaborate with other Disease Leads to prioritize initiatives, reduce duplication and maximize impact across countries.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, Code of Conduct and relevant regulations, including medical governance.

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific, economic or business field; advanced life‑science degree or MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in neuroscience or related therapeutic area strategy and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, with or without formal authority.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and project‑management capability.
