Associate Customer Service Manager

About the role

Drive operational excellence and elevate the customer experience for a dynamic healthcare business in Korea. In this high‑impact leadership position you will oversee day‑to‑day customer service operations, optimise end‑to‑end order management and foster cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of customer‑service professionals, allocate work, monitor performance and ensure delivery against defined targets.
• Supervise daily customer‑service operations, guaranteeing stable execution and adherence to service timelines.
• Manage end‑to‑end order processes—including entry, returns, backorders and invoicing—to ensure accuracy and on‑time fulfilment.
• Monitor order backlog, resolve discrepancies and maintain service‑level and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Support key accounts across dealers and hospital channels, ensuring consistent service delivery and issue resolution.
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Standardise workflows and enforce operating‑procedure compliance across the team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Logistics to align on customer requirements and resolve operational challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in customer service, operations or order management.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or supervising a team.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end order management processes.
• Working proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Strong hands‑on knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE or equivalent).
