KLAS SWIFT Product Installation Engineer

About the role

KLA, a global leader in electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, is hiring a Product Installation Engineer for its KLAS SWIFT product line in Hwaseong-si. The role covers installing, maintaining and supporting equipment at customer sites, and the company states that university graduates are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Install, modify, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair complex equipment at the customer site.
• Evaluate, analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot technical equipment problems.
• Ensure operational quality and work with customers to minimize downtime.
• Create service reports and document recurring issues for support teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Approximately 2 years of work experience (BS NCG).
• Fluency in both Korean and English is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in semiconductor wafer manufacturing, specifically steppers or metrology management, is a plus.
• Domestic and international business trips are required.
